PORTRAIT PROMISE: If something is clearly wrong with your finished portrait, we’ll help make it right.
Your necklace is created from the photo you submit. If the finished portrait is clearly incorrect or doesn’t reasonably reflect that photo, contact us and we’ll review it with you. If the issue qualifies, we’ll arrange the appropriate replacement or remedy.
Because each piece is personalized, this doesn’t include preference-based revisions or artwork previews.
DELIVERY PROMISE: Your estimated delivery window matters to us.
If your order arrives more than 3 business days after the end of your estimated delivery window, contact us. We’ll review the tracking and, for qualifying delays, refund 15% of the item price to your original payment method.
Lost packages are handled separately so we can get your order replaced.
KEEP IN MIND: Personalized items mean a slightly different return policy.

WHAT KINDS OF PETS CAN I SUBMIT?
Any pet is welcome. As long as the photo is suitable for engraving, we can create a portrait from it.
CAN I PERSONALIZE MORE THAN THE PORTRAIT?
Yes. You can choose your finish, add your pet's name, and include a custom message on the back.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Each necklace is made to order in 2–5 business days. U.S. shipping after dispatch typically takes approximately 3–6 business days, so most orders arrive in about 5–11 business days total. Carrier timing can vary.
IS U.S. SHIPPING FREE?
Yes. Standard U.S. shipping is complimentary with every Paw Chérie order.
