Refund policy

Returns & Personalized Orders

Every Paw Chérie piece is personalized specifically for your order. Because personalized items cannot be restocked or resold, accurately made personalized products generally cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind.

We do, however, want you to receive the piece you actually ordered. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a qualifying portrait issue, please contact us at support@pawcherie.com and we'll review the issue with you.

Portrait Promise

Your necklace is created from the photo you submit. If the finished portrait is clearly incorrect or doesn't reasonably reflect that photo, contact us and we'll review it with you. If the issue qualifies, we'll arrange the appropriate replacement or remedy.

Because each piece is personalized, the Portrait Promise does not include preference-based revisions or artwork previews.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@pawcherie.com with your order information and photos showing the issue. We'll review what happened and help resolve it.

Changes of Mind

Because our personalized pieces are created specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, selected the wrong option, or no longer want the item after it has been personalized.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@pawcherie.com. Because personalized orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production has begun.

Refunds

If we determine that a refund is the appropriate resolution, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once issued, processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
