Delivery Promise: If your order arrives more than 3 business days after the end of your estimated delivery window, contact us. Qualifying delays receive 15% back on the item price.
Lost packages are handled separately so we can help get your order replaced.
Portrait Promise ♡
Your necklace is created from the photo you submit. If the finished portrait is clearly incorrect or doesn’t reasonably reflect that photo, contact us and we’ll review it with you.
If the issue qualifies, we’ll arrange the appropriate replacement or remedy.
Because each piece is personalized, the Portrait Promise doesn’t include preference-based revisions or artwork previews.
Personalized Orders
Every Paw Chérie necklace is created specifically for your order. Because personalized pieces can’t be restocked or resold, accurately made personalized products generally can’t be returned or refunded for a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a qualifying portrait issue, contact us and we’ll help make it right.
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
